Meet the Crisp Team: ELLA

Ella is our youngest, and bubbliest member of the Management team at Crisp.

Recently promoted to Store Manager, she now runs the South Melbourne Store located on Clarendon Street. We sat down with Ella and here’s everything you need to know about this bundle of energy.

Ella loves healthy food that isn’t void of taste; her top choices are the Vegan Slaw with Tofu and the First Light Smoothie. Working at Crisp became the perfect balance of work and being able to fulfil her love of food on a daily basis. Besides the love for healthy tasty food, Ella admits the best part of working at Crisp is the customers. In her words, ‘It doesn’t feel like working when you have your regular customers that come to visit.’ I guess it isn’t true what they say… you do make friends with salad.

Outside of work, Ella loves sports including basketball and soccer and healthy eating leading a very active lifestyle. While like every other ‘Melbournian’ she cherishes a good quality coffee. The only thing that beats her love for said caffeinated drinks is her love for watermelon and dogs. Repeatedly saying how much she loves the summer fruit, and adorable furry friends.

She loves to travel, dreaming of travelling to Italy one day. Her dream job- becoming a barista in Italy, ‘anything for the best coffee’. Here Here Ella! Can we follow you and the coffee and come with?
